With the spread of COVID-19, various countries have adopted anti-epidemic measures, and there are invisible barriers between countries. Affected by the epidemic, the movement of people has also been restricted. In this difficult and dangerous situation, Fambition has still developed the African market. At the beginning of 2021, we received a request from a customer, asking Fambition to provide equipment operation, maintenance, system construction and other related support, and to conduct on-site training in Africa to help customers establish an operation and maintenance team.


      



For us, customer needs are orders. Fambition has always upheld the concept of providing users with first-class products, as well as systematic, high-quality, and efficient value-added services. The after-sales service department of the marketing center formulated a three-month training plan at the first time, which was highly recognized by customers, and sent a support team composed of after-sales service engineers and sales managers to the customer site.



On May 15, 2021, the Fambition support team arrived at the customer site in a certain country in Africa to complete the delivery of the aircraft.


On May 16th, we conducted a three-day training for the customer’s first batch of Filipino employees, including safety precautions, operation and maintenance, simple troubleshooting, emergency response plans, and explanations about the machine. According to the customer's on-site working conditions, the Fambition after-sales support team formulated equipment maintenance recommendations for the customer.
